  • Prana Vashya Introductory series is a shorten version of primary full series in order to finish the practice within 60 - 70 mins; designed for beginners or students new to Prana Vashya Yoga.

    Each class progressively builds on the previous class, students will learn about the basic principles of Prana Vashya’s alignment and breathing. This series will equip you with strong foundation and prepare you to advance into Prana Vashya primary series.
